The City of Sebastian is seeking applicants to fill two unexpired, regular member positions.
The Planning and Zoning Commission is responsible for planning and reviewing land-use decisions within the City. These are volunteer positions.
Applicants must be a city resident for one year before applying and filing annual financial disclosure.
If Council fills a regular member position with an alternate member, Council reserves the right to fill the alternate position with the remaining applicants.
This Commission meets on the first and third Thursday of each Month at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 1225 Main Street, Sebastian, FL.
Applications are available in the City Clerk’s office, City Hall, 1225 Main Street, Sebastian, between 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or at the Boards and Committees webpage. Applications will be accepted until March 1, 2022. You can also download the application.
