After several weeks following approval by the Board of County Commissioners, Five Guys has signed a lease to open a restaurant in Sebastian, Florida.
“The lease with Five Guys has been signed, and they are beginning their remodeling phase. Since the property is within the City limits of the City of Sebastian, they will be working with the City planning and building folks for the permitting process,” Deputy County Attorney Bill DeBraal told Sebastian Daily.
Five Guys will move into the Tax Collector’s Office building occupying the storefront where Las Palmas Cuban Restaurant used to be before they moved to the Publix Shopping Center on Sebastian Blvd (CR-512). The building itself is owned by the county.
The restaurant chain wants to provide outdoor seating and make interior renovations.
Five Guys did not offer a timeline for when they will open, but Sebastian Daily will keep you informed when we hear something.
Five Guys is an American fast-food chain specializing in hamburgers, hot dogs, and french fries. Headquartered in Lorton, Virginia, the first restaurant opened in 1986 in Arlington County, Virginia.
