The Grand Harbor Golf and Beach Club will host its world-class tennis event, the 2025 Vero Beach International Open Tennis Tournament, from January 20th to 26th.
The tournament is part of the U.S. Women’s Tennis Association Pro Circuit and boasts a prize pool of $75,000.
This year’s tournament is expected to be even more exciting than ever before, with 33 players from current and past Editions of the VBITO competing at the 2024 US Open in New York City.
In addition to the tennis matches, there will also be a series of social events open to everyone throughout the week. These events include an opening ceremony, a fashion show and dinner, a pro-am, an art show, a kids’ day, a PCA Antique/Porsche Car Show, a grand dinner dance, and a muscle car show.
- Opening Ceremony (January 21st at 5:00 p.m.): Enjoy the opening ceremony with local dignitaries, a dance presentation, and a moving rendition of our National Anthem.
- Fashion Show and Dinner (January 22nd at 5:30 p.m.): Members and guests are invited to a glamorous evening preceded by a “Sip and Shop”, featuring stylish selections from the Grand Harbor Pro Shops and other vendors.
- Pro-am (January 23rd at 2:30 p.m.): Play with a Pro! Learn from the best of the best.
- Art Show (January 23rd at 4:00 p.m.): Experience a professionally curated art show, complimentary for tournament ticket holders, showcasing exquisite artwork and including pieces by talented Grand Harbor members.
- Kids’ Day (January 24th from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.): Children under the age of 13 can participate in this great activity at no cost! Free tee shirts and surprise gifts for all! Games, crafts, and a special presentation by Coastal Connections, our charitable beneficiary. Play with the pros!
- PORSCHE CLUB AMERICA (PCA) Antique/Porsche Car Show (January 25th at 10:00 a.m.)
- Grand Dinner Dance (January 25th ~Reception @ 6:30 p.m.~
- Dinner/Dance @ 7:00 p.m.: Conclude the week with the Grand Dinner
- Dance featuring the high-energy band, “The Floridelics”, playing the perfect mix of all genres.
- Muscle Car Show (January 26th at 10:00 a.m.)
- All matches begin daily at 11 a.m., with the last match of the day going on at 5:30 p.m.
