Sebastian Daily has been receiving calls from local residents who want to know how to report restaurants and bars that are not in compliance with the Florida Executive order.
For the most part, Sebastian restaurants and bars are staying in compliance or going above and beyond.
However, there are a couple who feel that the rules do not apply to them.
