The Institute for Organization Management, the professional development program of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, is pleased to announce that Cheryl Thibault, President/CEO of the Sebastian River Area Chamber of Commerce, has recently completed her third year at the Institute.
This four-year program, held at The University of Arizona in Tucson, provides comprehensive leadership training for nonprofit professionals.

Towle, IOM, CAE, the U.S. Chamber’s Vice President of the Institute for Organization Management. “These individuals have the knowledge, skills, and dedication necessary to achieve professional and organizational success in the dynamic association and chamber industries.”
Established in 1921, the Institute for Organization Management has educated thousands of nonprofit leaders on organizational development, member service, and advocacy. The curriculum comprises four week-long sessions at different university locations throughout the United States.
Participants delve into leadership, advocacy, marketing, finance, and membership, enhancing their management skills and driving organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
