Swanigan is a black male with black/grey hair and brown eyes. He is 6’3 ft. tall and weighs 180 lb.

A woman told Swanigan’s family that she last saw him on Indian River Blvd, in Vero Beach. They were driving on Indian River Blvd. when their car broke down. She alleges that she started walking northbound, and he was walking southbound.
