Campaign signs for people running for Sebastian City Council are mysteriously being removed or damaged.
The suspects are targeting at least two of the three incumbents for city council. The incumbents are Albert Iovino, Linda Kinchen, and Bob McPartlan.
Signs have been removed at Churches, businesses along the Sebastian waterfront, Powerline Road, and other areas near Sebastian Boulevard (CR-512).
The candidates do have permission to place signs in the designated areas where they have been missing or damaged.
According to Florida State Statute 479.21, any person who willfully or maliciously removes, damages, destroys, tampers with, or alters in any way a sign is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.
