SEBASTIAN – The Sebastian Police Department is asking for assistance in finding Rico Malique Arocha, who has been missing since December 8, 2017.
The 23-year-old mentioned that he was going fishing in Melbourne, and has not been seen since.
Rico was last seen wearing red jeans with zippers and a red shirt.
