Sebastian Police Department is asking for community assistance in locating missing runaway Jaylynn Elliott Joseph.
The 16-year-old black male has black hair and brown eyes. He is 5’9″ and weighs 150 lbs.
Jaylynn is missing from the Schumann Dr. area in Sebastian. He could possibly be in Gifford or Vero Beach.
