The State Attorney’s Office has charged Sebastian Council members Damien Gilliams and Pamela Parris for Sunshine Law violations and perjury.
Gilliams was charged with 3 counts of breaking Sunshine Laws, and 1 count of perjury.
Parris was charged with 1 count of breaking Sunshine Laws and 1 count of perjury.
Gilliams and Parris are expected to turn themselves into police for booking.
Gilliams bail is set at $2,500, Parris has a bail set at $1,500.
