Man arrested after pushing deputy at Boathouse Pub in Grant

The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office received a call from Boathouse Pub Friday about a man who was intoxicated and unruly.

Deputies were told by management that a man, identified as Thomas Theodore Hall, had been asked to leave. Hall refused, according to the affidavit.

The deputies entered the Boathouse Pub and asked Hall to leave, but he ignored the lawful order, the report said.

“He then forcefully and intentionally grabbed and shoved me into another deputy,” the deputy said.

Hall, 46, was charged with Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer and Resisting Arrest.

As of Monday morning, Hall was still being held on $10,000 bond.
