The City of Sebastian has been receiving many sentencing statements for the trial of Damian Gilliams and Pamela Parris. However, the City of Sebastian is not the correct location to send these statements.
The correct location to send your letters/emails is to Assistant State Attorney Lev Evans at levans@sao19.org. Then, the state’s attorney’s office will file them.

How to attend sentencing
Citizens who would like to attend sentencing should go to Judge Michael Linn’s Courtroom, on the 3rd floor, at the Indian River County Courthouse. It will be open on June 21, 2021, at 1:30 pm.
Masks must be worn at all times in the courtroom.
