VERO BEACH – Indian River County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a disturbance between two neighbors at a Vero Beach trailer park.
Lynn Thompson said her neighbor William Kidd walked into her home and said he would not give her a ride to the bar “unless she gave him $10.00 and a blowjob,” according to the police report.
Thompson said that scared her because “he threatened me with sex.” That’s when she called the police.
Officers then spoke with Kidd to get his side of the story. He said that Thompson yelled from her home and asked if he could give her a ride to the bar. He declined because “he doesn’t usually associate” with her, according to the report.
But after thinking about it, he decided to see if the ride was important and if so, he “would help someone out if it was important.”
Kidd said he went to Thompson’s home and knocked on the door, and she asked him to enter the home. When Thompson told Kidd she needed a ride to the bar, he told her he would not give her “a ride to the bar, even for $10.00 and a blowjob.”
Deputies issued trespassing warnings to both parties.
