SEBASTIAN – A lot of things going on this Saturday, March 24th and Sunday, March 25th in Sebastian.
The weather is warming up in Sebastian! The high for Saturday will be around 77 degrees, the high for Sunday is expected to reach 84 degrees.
First up is the Cruiser Aircraft’s Open House on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Sebastian Airport. The location is 214 Airport Drive East.
Guests can check out the company’s latest Sport Cruisers aircraft and learn more about the new Flying Club and Partnership options. Additionally, there will be food and drinks provided.
Then, be sure to visit the Pareidolia Brewing Company’s 3rd Annual Brew N Beans Competition. This is a huge chili cookoff for a great cause.
The cookoff is on Saturday from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. at 712 Cleveland Street at Pareidolia’s headquarters. Contestants should bring their best chili in a crockpot and a ladle. Spoons, bowls, and electricity will be provided. It is $10 per chili to compete, and $5 to taste and judge.
On Sunday, March 25th, check out Earl’s Hideaway’s Jim Finochi Memorial Poker Run. Breakfast and registration gets underway from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. at Earl’s.
The breakfast is $5.00 and registration is $15 per rider, $5 per passenger. The six stops will consist of:
- Captain Hiram’s Sandbar
- Malabar Mo’s
- Space Coast Harley-Davidson
- Lou’s Blues
- Sebastian Beach Inn
- Tiki Bar & Grill
Kick Stands Up (KSU) at 11 a.m., the last bike should be in by 2:30 p.m. Additionally, there will be a 50/50 drawing, raffles, and door prizes. The Dwayne Dopsie & Zydeco Hellraisers will perform at Earl’s from 2 p.m. – 6 p.m.
It’s going to be a great weekend and the weather should be warm. No chance of rain until Monday.
