Brevard County, our neighbor to the north, now has 48 confirmed COVID-19 cases.
The Indian River County patients are 23 men and 15 women between the ages of 8 to 84. There are 5 people hospitalized, and no deaths.
About 356 people tested negative in Indian River County.

Florida
The big concern right now is the state of Florida. The daily cases are soaring steadily.
Florida now has 8,010 total cases (7,717 are residents, 293 are non-Florida residents), and there have been 128 deaths. About 67,585 people have tested negative in Florida. Over 1,058 people are hospitalized in the state.
