For the past two weeks, the number of new cases has slowed down in and around Sebastian, Florida. Barefoot Bay, Micco, and Grant have been the same for almost two weeks. Wabasso is up one case for the first time in almost three weeks. Fellsmere is slowing down, and we’re not seeing as large of a jump as we did earlier this month. Palm Bay and Vero Beach are still on the rise.

As we stated during our Sebastian Daily Newscast, the number of deaths in Indian River County and Brevard County are still climbing. This is something we need to keep an eye on.

The number of hospitalizations in Florida related to COVID-19 have dropped.

Sebastian is still far better than most other cities and counties in Florida. You can still live YOUR LIFE and be safe. Please practice social distancing, wash hands regularly, and wear a mask when unable to social distance.
