Dear Orlando Health Team,
I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the outstanding care I received during my recent stay at your facility. From the moment I arrived, I felt supported, safe, and genuinely cared for, thanks to your incredible team.
I’d like to give a special shoutout to Sara, who I believe was the House Supervisor. Sara went above and beyond to ensure everything was running smoothly and that I was comfortable throughout my stay. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication truly made a difference, and Orlando Health is incredibly fortunate to have her on the team.
Another heartfelt thank you goes to Tamara, one of the exceptional nurses who took care of me. Tamara’s warm smile, compassionate care, and clear communication helped ease my worries. She took the time to explain every step of my treatment and ensured I felt secure and informed.
I also want to recognize Amber, the Charge Nurse during the night shift. Amber consistently greeted me with a smile and made sure I was well taken care of, both during the day and night. Her attention to detail and genuine care were so reassuring.
While I can’t recall the names of all the doctors I encountered, each one was equally professional, skilled, and attentive. I am so grateful for their expertise and dedication.
Orlando Health, you truly have an extraordinary team, and I hope these incredible women—Sara, Tamara, and Amber—receive the recognition they so deserve. They went above and beyond to ensure I had the best care possible, and I cannot thank them enough.
