MELBOURNE BEACH – The Sebastian Inlet State Park is offering a Surf Fishing class and a concert series on Saturday, Dec. 10, 2016.
The Surf fishing class is from 1:00 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. and is designed to introduce anglers to the sport. The discussion is about equipment needed to enjoy a productive surf fishing day at the Melbourne Beach.
Some of the topics include rod and reel selection, standard pompano rig, choosing bait and more. Class participants should bring a pen/pencil and a notepad to write on. Everyone will meet at the Sebastian Fishing Museum before class.
Also, the Night Sounds at Sebastian Inlet State Park Concert Series will be from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Recording artist 23 Treez will bring elements of reggae, rock, funk, and jazz fused together to make up the great sounds.
The concerts will take place at the pavilions on Coconut Point, located on the south side of the Sebastian Inlet State Park.
