VERO BEACH – Betty Jean Sands, 76, of Vero Beach, passed away on March 30, 2018, with her family by her side. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Milton J. and Rita Gessner on April 1, 1941.
She is survived by her son, Jeffrey A. Sands; her sister, Cindy O’Callaghan; and two nephews, Ryan O’Callaghan and Sean O’Callaghan.
