Charles Emerson Follett, 64, passed away from an accident at home on May 15, 2023, in Sebastian, Florida.
He was born May 28, 1958, in Everett, Massachusetts, to Chauncey E. Follett Jr. and Grace M. Follett (Medbery). Charlie lived most of his life in north central Massachusetts.
A gifted chef, he worked in many of the area’s restaurants. He eventually moved to Sebastian to care for his parents.
Charlie was a proud father and a great conversationalist. He was also a lifelong learner who taught himself many things, including Spanish, wood carving, drawing, and guitar. Charlie loved the great outdoors and animals.
He leaves his mother; his son, Matthew Follett and wife, Megan; his daughter, Katie Follett; his siblings, Chauncy Earl Follett III and wife, Wendy; Nancy G. Leger and husband, Frank; Wallace Lee Follett and wife, Rosalyn; and Jacqueline A. Pfalzgraf and husband, Hans.
Charlie also leaves aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews; and his best friend, Stephen. He will be dearly missed.
A Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, June 16th, at Seawinds Funeral Home in Sebastian. Pastor Jerry Milner will officiate. A reception at a local restaurant will follow.
