SEBASTIAN – There’s been a lot of discussion about a new Burger King being built at Riverwalk Shopping Center in Roseland.
According to Burger King officials, there is no restaurant being built there at this time. That doesn’t mean there won’t be one in the future, but as of today, there are no plans.
This rumor has been going on since October 2017 when, allegedly, Burger King submitted a pre-app to move into the vacant Bank of America building.
Well, we all know what happened to the building, it no longer exists.
The property in the shopping plaza is still for sale with no buyers at this time.

That location, at the corner of U.S. Highway 1 and Roseland Road, would be ideal for a Burger King. There’s already a Checkers, McDonald’s, and a Wendy’s down the road.
However, there is a Burger King in Sebastian on CR-512, just west of Roseland Road.
