Giuseppe’s Pizzaria
Giuseppe’s Pizzaria, located at 935 Sebastian Blvd in Sebastian, had 11 violations, and 2 were listed as high-priority. The inspector observed a hole in the wall in the kitchen near the dish machine, a mop sink was soiled in food debris, wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses, and cooked eggplant, pastas, and meat sauce had no dates.
High Priorities:
- Raw shell eggs over cooked pasta in reach-in drawer at cook line.
- Items stored warmer than 41 degrees: At pizza station, sausage 47 degrees, and shredded cheese 48/49 degrees. Keeping food stored below 41 degrees prevents foodborne illness.
All violations were corrected on-site. They passed their inspections.
Country Ham N’ Egg
Country Ham N’ Egg, located at 478 US-1 in Sebastian, had 10 violations. None were high priority. The violations were for things like no handwashing sign in a bathroom, some dust on a shelve (non-food surface) and a wall, and a container in a handwashing sink in the kitchen. All violations were corrected on-site, and they passed their health inspection.
