Subway, located at 9609 U.S. Highway 1 in Sebastian, had 6 violations, and no high priority. All violations were corrected while the health inspector was present.
Some basic violations include a missing ceiling tile in a restroom, a damaged wall, and no paper towels near a handwashing sink.
Captain Hirams Resort (Black Fins)
The Captain Hirams Resort, located 1606 Indian River Drive in Sebastian, had 14 violations, 2 were high priority for storing fresh fish over cooked vegetables in a cooler, and a vacuum breaker was missing at hose bibb. All violations were corrected while the health inspector was present.

Captain Hirams did improve from its previous inspection.

The Dunkin Donuts, located at 900 U.S. Highway 1 in Sebastian, had 3 violations, and no high-priority. All violations were corrected while the health inspector was at the restaurant.
Some basic violations include a damaged wall, an ice scoop handle in contact with ice, and a damaged door to a walk-in cooler.
