During our live newscast at Riverview Park, where the recall group Sebastian Voters Against Gilliams and Parris, Sebastisn Councilman Damien Gilliams was yelling on a bullhorn.
It all occurred during our live newscast. Several police vehicles showed up.
Also with Gilliams were Bob Stephens and Bob Bedea, both directors at the Sebastian Property Owners Association, where Gilliams is still president.
