Sebastian vice-mayor Charles Mauti has been charged by State Attorney’s Office for the April 22nd meeting that broke Sunshine Law. There is still a criminal investigation into all 3 council members, including Damien Gilliam and Pamela Parris. They could be charged this week.

At the same time, all three council members are being sued by attorneys who are defending the Sunshine Law. Last Wednesday, Mauti and his attorney entered a default judgement.

There is also a petition to recall Charles Mauti, Damien Gilliams, and Pamela Parris.
