There’s an increase of severe thunderstorms on Sunday with high winds and cooler temperatures on Monday.
Sebastian woke up to cooler temperatures Saturday. However, things warmed up to 70 degrees by noon. Winds are out the southeast at 5 to 10 mph. Tonight’s low will be near 58 degrees.
On Sunday, there’s a 90 percent chance of thunderstorms between 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with rainfall between a quarter and a half of an inch possible. There will be very windy conditions from the south 15 to 20 mph with gusts as high as 30 mph. Rain will continue into Sunday evening with a low of 49 degrees.
On Monday, Martin Luther King Day, it will be sunny with a high of only 66 degrees and windy conditions with gusts as high as 25 mph. Monday night will have a low of 42 degrees.
Tuesday will remain cooler, with a high of only 64 degrees and an overnight low of 48.
The weather outlook for the week looks warmer. We could see things warm up to 77 degrees by Thursday.
