Thunderstorms are likely in the afternoons with very high heat index values all this week in Sebastian, Florida.
The only time we might get a break from the rain is Friday, but it’s still too early to forecast.
The high will reach 90 degrees Tuesday, and we still have a chance of afternoon thunderstorms that will continue in the evening. The low tonight will be 74.
Showers and thunderstorms continue into Wednesday and Thursday after 1:00 p.m., mostly cloudy with a high near 90. The heat index will reach 103. The low for both days will be around 74.
Friday is looking good so far, but as you know, that can change. Right now the high will be around 90, the low near 76. Some forecasters say that a lot of rain is coming on Friday, but we don’t think it’s going to happen until later that evening.
Saturday and Sunday are not looking good right now, but we’ll have another forecast later this week.
