With Tropical Storm Eta moving back out to sea to the north, our local weather is already improving.
We have been experiencing some showers on Thursday with wind gusts of 25 mph, but the rain should be clearing up by Friday.
There will also be a wind change on Friday, switching from the southwest to the northeast at 5 to 10 mph.
Thursday through the weekend, the highs will be near 83 degrees, with overnight lows near 71.
Cooler temperatures will arrive next week, starting on Tuesday with highs only reaching 77 degrees and overnight lows around 66.
