SEBASTIAN – Residents living in Sebastian and Vero Beach woke up to colder temperatures in the low 50s, and there were some areas of Indian River County with temperatures in the upper 40s.
Some Floridians are welcoming the colder temperatures with open arms after a long summer.
“Freezing and loving it! Favorite time of year,” said Jennifer of Palm Bay.
According to agriculture experts, the colder Sebastian weather is good for Florida because it can make oranges and strawberries taste sweeter.
For Monday, expect temperatures to be in the mid-70s as the rest of the week gets warmer.
