We certainly needed the rain on Saturday, but now the sky has opened up, and there’s plenty of sunshine for most of the week in Sebastian, Florida.
There are some wind gusts as high as 20 mph starting Thursday and into next weekend. There’s also a 40 percent chance of thunderstorms by Thursday.
According to the National Weather Service, there’s a moderate risk of dangerous rip currents later in the week. If you plan to visit the beaches, please heed the advice of lifeguards.

It should be a great week for boating with winds 5 to 10 knots, then increasing to 10 to 15 knots by Thursday. Seas are 3 to 5 feet all week.
